Beginning in 1981, the once Grand Old Party Began to Abandon its Principles; Under Trump, it no Longer Exists
The Republican Party did not begin to reject democracy in 2017. This process began under Reagan in 1981. However, Moscow Mitch McConnell and his minions saw an opportunity in 2017 to destroy democracy and replace it with a plutocracy controlled by a fascist government once and for all.
This is not a conspiracy theory, or an attack on the right-wing; it is fact. Anyone who previously doubted these facts must look at what has happened since November 7th when Joe Biden was confirmed as our 46th president. Trump's own Homeland Security expert reported that this was the 'most secure election in American history.' When Trump learned that he told the truth, he fired him.
When Trump illegitimately won the Electoral College in 2016, all Americans accepted that the closest election in history was decided by the people, and accepted the fact that the least qualified candidate in history would be defiling our White House. We remained hopeful, but that didn't last more than one month as Trump began to s**t on the Constitution. He proved that he was a racist and a bigot, and months later we learned that he was the leader of fascist, white supremacists in America.
Trump and his traitors are attempting to reverse the election which Biden won by nearly six million votes and the Electoral College with 306 votes.
“Non-lawyer followers: this litigation (in all the states) is truly blowing my mind. It's as if you're playing chess and your opponent lets off a whoopie cushion, throws a Zebra Cake on the board, and then runs off without pants and says they won,” wrote appellate lawyer Raffi Melkonian. “I don't know what else to say.”
Trump claims have no base in truth. Democrats worked hard to get the vote out and the numbers prove success. Biden won every demographic with the exception of middle-aged and older white Americans; a diminishing soon to be minority. Like it or not, our nation is becoming more diverse every day.
The ultimate truth is that the American people, which excludes white men and women in red states, rejected fascism and voted to save the Constitution. Yes, it's that simple.
