Supreme Court Ignores it's Only Purpose and Violates the First Amendment

Believe what you will, but religion has no place in government. The fact is that the first amendment guarantees the right of every American to practice the religion of their choice or none at all; read it.

Late on Wednesday the Supreme Court of the United States, most of whom owe their allegiance to a Republican president and therefore the Christian Religious Right, violated the first amendment and ignored their only purpose. The SCOTUS has one job; to insure that all laws and regulations established by local, state, and federal lawmakers conform to the Constitution.

Because Covid-19 is surging across America new, rules designed to protect the safety of our nation's people have been established by our state's governors.

Here in Nevada, Governor Sisolak has restricted shoppers in our grocery stores to 50 percent of maximum occupancy. In New York Governor Cuomo limited the number of people who could attend church services.

New York's fake Christians revolted and their complaint reached the Supreme Court. I call them “fake” because the truly do not believe in the teachings of Jesus Christ in the New Testament. He ordered them to obey the authorities and treat their fellow man as they would be treated. They are selfish and ignorant. Their “ministers” are more concerned about their “collection plates” than the welfare of their people. If you are spiritual, you do not need to go to a brick and mortar church to worship your God. The Court, which was stacked by Trump and Moscow Mitch McConnell voted 5-4 for a single religious group. Churches will now hold crowded services which will become super-spreaders.

Prior to the passing of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Chief Justice John Roberts wrote an opinion based on a similar case that local officials “should not be subject to second-guessing by an unelected federal judiciary, which lacks the background, competence and expertise to assess public health and is not accountable to the people.” Wednesday night, that view was overruled by Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Barrett, Samuel Alito, and Clarence Thomas. The first three justice were unqualified appointees of Donald John Trump. The Constitution is in great danger with these biased individuals on the Court. All five will continue to ignore their responsibilities.

I am one of nearly 70 million adult Americans who reject all organized religion. I have many reasons, which are not important to you. I am a “constitutionalist” and believe in every word written by our founding fathers 233 years ago during the first Constitutional Congress.

Religious extremists are the greatest danger to America's future. White supremacists and white domestic terrorists are included in this group.

Political parties are opposed to the spirit of America. Today, one entire party refused to support the people they represent and follow their own agenda and the agenda of special interests, including the CCR and the NRA.

Be an Independent voter and be informed. We, the people can 'clean-up' Washington if we choose the best candidates and ignore both political parties.

Is Republican’s Choice to not Pass a Second Stimulus a Vindictive Response to Trump’s Huge Loss?

 No one is angrier about Trump’s loss than the orange buffoon himself, but Moscow Mitch McConnell is a very close second. He was able to maneuver the least qualified illegitimate president in history to satisfy his personal ambitions. His ambitions are not the needs and wishes of the majority of the American people.
