Remember this Name: Ken Paxton: He Will be Judged for his Fascist Efforts to Protect Trump and for Multiple Felonies

The truth: not a single Republican in the House or Senate is worthy of their position. They have become Trump's loyal storm troopers and the enemy of all real Americans. However, some elected officials in red states are even worse, attempting to make names for themselves while supporting the illegitimate and worst president in American history.

Ken Paxton is the current attorney general for the state of Texas. You may have heard his name recently. He is the author of a brief submitted to the Supreme Court in a final attempt to reverse the will of the American people who chose Joe Biden as their 46th president in the recent election. He is attempting to invalidate all mail-in votes in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, and Wisconsin. 18 additional red states have joined him as well as 106 Republican in name only members of the House.

However, there is much more to this story. The story behind the story is Paxton's real motive. He is apparently seeking a presidential pardon. In October it was reported that Paxton's own staff accused him of bribery and more.

A letter offering reasons for the accusations was posted and reported by the Daily Kos.

That letter was leaked to the Press, which began fleshing out the story. One of Paxton’s donors, a real estate investor by the name Nate Paul, had been raided by the FBI sometime earlier. In a bid to sue the FBI, he relied on Paxton to get hold of documents that he should not have access to, and Paxton ordered that his office begin investigating the Feds on Paul’s behalf. His people balked, and were subsequently punished for refusing to go along.

Shortly after the letter leaked, his #2 resigned, and several others were harassed and then fired. Paxton called them “rogue employees” but it’s important to emphasize that these people were all the most senior staffers at the Texas Attorney General’s Office.

Several years ago he was charged and indicted for securities fraud. This case is still pending.

There is little doubt that Paxton's request to the SCOTUS has an ulterior motive, to save his old, white ass by obtaining a presidential pardon. Trump is handing them out like Halloween candy, even to those who had not requested one.

Finally, it would be a travesty of the highest nature if the Court agrees to hear this facetious case. There is not a single iota of proof that the charges have a basis in reality.
